_This 2 day course covers many topics within Permaculture:

The Principles of Permaculture
Creating orchards and food forests
Cold Temperate Gardening techniques
Harvest and Storage of food crops for Alberta
Soil - how to build it, assess it, amend it and
work with what you have
Water - capture, usage and plant needs
Pest and weed control
Extending the growing season for Alberta's cold climate
Animals - use and care

In this 2 day course you will also learn how to make a design for your own yard.
